Pamela Springer, LE, LEI, CLT, SME is an author, and a provider of Skin of Color (SoC) certification courses. Pamela believes practitioners must understand the biological differences, and the inherent risk factors. Also, it is important to know how genetics play a significant role in each skin type and common skin conditions before providing treatments on diverse skin tones.
As a woman of color who has a mixed ancestry from three other lineages, she is quite aware of the beauty industry’s lack of information for people of color. Her company, Global Skin Solutions, LLC provides professional continuing education for the California Board of Registered Nursing. She has partnered with Associated Skin Care Professional (ASCP) to promote her transformative 3-day SoC Master Course. The course is designed for medical providers and beauty industry licensed practitioners who are looking to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
